I found nothing to be dislike to which I should point....as each counhas two sides

Work Details

The company has a healthy environment.its just I need to struggle in the beginning but after the training session by our experts I was comfortable. Now I have got opportunities to prove myself in the right path.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
