In reference to my previous review they have decided to Sue me for INR 50K and had their attorney send a mail to my residential address. It feels like things are just getting worse. I have been threatened by them to delete my honest review about their company.

If you want money, u can Join however you will soon be disappointed with the toxic lapses in process.

Dislikes

No career growth without playing politics. No meetings take place without “unparliamentary” language.(think about the worst delhi lingo)

the company serves its customers and employees both in the most comprehensive way. the company ensures that the clients are benefited by the recommendations as provided by them. the company also takes care of the working situation and the comfort of its employees.

Dislikes

everything is too good with the company, especially the CEO of the company, Mr. Kunal Sawhney is a mastermind and is also a very genuine person. there are lots of things to learn form him. the only drawback is though the staff who have are handling the management are incapable and inefficient

Very independent, superv compensation, great griwing opportunity.

Dislikes

Bit of pressure but in a sales enviornment it is acceptable..which you are getting paid with good compensation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
