Work Culture & Environment: Pathetic work culture and work environment. This is a school were you can see managers/seniors always taunt their juniors and pressurise. There is no rewards. They have monthly rewards system all fake ratings. There is SIR culture. We need to call Sir perhaps they beg for their respect. Job Security: Nojob security. I was asked to resign due to poor performance ratings given by my reporting manager. After i resigned I got to hear that manager informed the team that i had resigned on my own but that was not the case. There is lots of politics. In case if they hire you and their budget becomes unstable they may ask you to resign as well unless you become permanent. Salary: They will cut your salary due to desklight software which captures your active time/session time/productivity time. Kale logistics measures the productivity just by this ridiculous way. Dislikes are- 1) Senior Manager's 2) Dirty project structure developed by earlier senior manager's. Its directly affected on programmers in terms of their performance. I observed many employees left job because of this. 3) Salary structure and HR department is not good. I have fully doubt on HR department that they are doing some corruption.

Sales function is not at all good. Very biased and Partial Mr. Vineet Malhotra. Just to save a senior sales person they will snatch away your accounts and give it to them. Other departments are good. Not good for Female staff, biased management. Also they will prefer people coming to Mumbai office rather than WFH.
