Work Culture & Environment: Pathetic work culture and work environment. This is a school were you can see managers/seniors always taunt their juniors and pressurise. There is no rewards. They have monthly rewards system all fake ratings. There is SIR culture. We need to call Sir perhaps they beg for their respect. Job Security: Nojob security. I was asked to resign due to poor performance ratings given by my reporting manager. After i resigned I got to hear that manager informed the team that i had resigned on my own but that was not the case. There is lots of politics. In case if they hire you and their budget becomes unstable they may ask you to resign as well unless you become permanent. Salary: They will cut your salary due to desklight software which captures your active time/session time/productivity time. Kale logistics measures the productivity just by this ridiculous way.
