Salary was good for fresher Work timing is also good but you need to work on Saturday also

Company management is worst No job security Office politics is worst Fresher are not trained well Support from team member is less If you are fresher prefer other companies over this company, there is no growth in this company. And recruitment timing is above 2 months which is very frustrating process.

1) Owner based organisation and not an MNC. (Each and every decision is routed via MD) 2) Extremely toxic, demotivating & stubborn leadership (Main management) 3) No perks and benefits, you will reap the benefits after year or so. 4) Salary slips provided won't be accepted by banks for loan or even credit card, if you are on the international payroll.
