JW Marriott is a one of the best hotel in the world,it's good for those who start their career,job satisfaction,learning work,good culture,good work environment every thing is perfect excepte I am not a bite of satisfaction about salary compair to others company.

It is good time to work with JW Marriott but in my opinion in F&B service Higher Management need to recrute more staff and make stable limited work timing for associate.

Work-life experience was good enjoyed the training Very understanding seniors and salary was good too

Working hours are really very long sometimes I have to attend clients in evening and sometime late night too

It's my first job with well known property jw marriott I like the working environment we got 6 off in a month's, caring for the staff , lot's of learning and I'm proud that I'm part of it.

Dislikes

Working hours, everyday working extra hours, unpredictable break shift, it's mentioned said 9 hours shift working in a day , day pass by I have learn the truth that not 9 hours it's More than 12 or 13 hours a day such no time for ourselves is just makes me frustrated and make me lossing interest career in hospitality industry..

As a luxury brand it's good have its name in the experience letter otherwise nothing at all

No value for the employee very dirty politics worst management ever worked here for 2 years no Balance of life at least 14 hours of work every day sunday it is more only a group of people will get all the recognition, learning if you are there in the company for more than a year and half you are taken as granted and day off is extremely hard to get manager have to be in good mood to grant a week off you might get 3 day off in a month hardly when you have 6 off per month...Read More

Sometime Havy Work Pressure on special for associate position , I worked as a spa therapist so Always have to do treatments and also sales like spa membership and we used go to the lobby and asked the guests for treatments.
