Jw marriott hotel new delhi hotel best palce for freshers for working. They imrove the workint skills of people, atiquitte, speaking skills, teach to paople groomings & the most important thing is they teach how to maintain hyguine in 5 stars hotel . associate is very secure about there job in this hotel. The working culture is amazing there and the hotel's management is very very helpful for associate and always active for it. there has nothing to dislike about this hotel. yes, they don't provide good salary to associate according to all hotel and this is a luxury brand. If they solve this issue nobody leave this company for many years.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
