it's a toxic place with people who doesn't want to co-operate with you. Never fall for the interviewers words because nothing is good to work there. You'll be disappointed with the culture and less secure job. No-one wants to guide you positively, they all want you to be pro from start even without understanding the project. Just Dial Wrong Commitment. I have a business account in just dial and just dial executive give me an written email about my payment deductions but my payment is auto deducted from my account before the time. Also, the executive didn't answer my call. And when I made the payment, 10 different people talked to me and when I asked for a refund, no one was picking up the call. Worst support system.

Nothing to like there. Management is worst. Every year they target new members of the team for layoff. Toxic environment. Politics knows more than skills.

Html team is worst. People only know leg pulling.two managers in the team.But the female one is worst.She doesn't know anything about skills.She always takas benifits but doesn't take anyone take it. One of the team member is culprit. He always play games with others. They just know how to kick others. They just know the show-off like we're the team, family bla bla. But actually they'll kick you

They just have hire and fire rule. Without any prior notice they can fire with you at any moment. The team who are working more than a decade, they just rule as if its their owned house and you are their slave. You have to take the permission of your so called leave before leaving your office even after the office hour. Some of the lead persons make the female employee so uncomfortable, all the way gazing, very much uncomfortable work place. Professional employee and Mazdoor. There is no difference. Salaries are very low no increment on time. Work pressure is High. Product are not changeing nor pricing changing only they as sales. The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.

Earning is Good if you are really workaholic

Lots of Politics. No Work culture. You need someone on your upperhand to be safe and sound. No HR rules and regulations. No work timings. Working almost 12 hours a day. Lots of abusive words and misbehaviour by Manager. No security of Job even after Top Performer in company. Lots of harrasment from Manager without any reason.

Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.
