Earning is Good if you are really workaholic

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Lots of Politics. No Work culture. You need someone on your upperhand to be safe and sound. No HR rules and regulations. No work timings. Working almost 12 hours a day. Lots of abusive words and misbehaviour by Manager. No security of Job even after Top Performer in company. Lots of harrasment from Manager without any reason.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No time limit work. Manager is not the way to talk. Manager is not supportive. Every time he demotivate. Every time he threat I'll through out from this management. Manager behaviour is not good.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
