During the time hiring GM ask me if your team get performance base salary are you able to work? I told him NO they select me but after training When I ask him for hiring he told that your team will get Performance base salary but on month April 2021 in second wave me and wife get affected by COVID and also some my team member also affected due to COVID they Actually want data base of India Mart but for me any it's not possible as using any data of any company is illegal so I quit that fraud company....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
