Pretty good work life balance.

The culture is poor. The management doesn't have any vision or strategy in place. The decision making process is pretty random and instinctive. The followers are rewarded for sycophancy and people asking questions are discouraged. Won't learn much from senior management as their experience is pretty much limited.

Justdial is an inclusive place to work at. The company is actually quite caring about it's employees as far as leaves, on time salary and everything is concerned.

Dislikes

The crowd at Justdial is cheap. Typical cheapsters work there. Be it office boy Ajay or some uncles who harass newly joined girls. So much so that whistling, and lewd noises are quite common there.

Sorry to say but there was nothing worth liking. I have been a content writer for past 3 years and mostly worked in a small work places with less than 100 employee. I joined Justdial with the idea that it's a big company and I will get a lot of exposure, I will learn so many new things. But it was nothing like that Office politicsis very much present in Justdial's each and every department. Forget about any other perks. The senior expects you to be present 24/7 to fulfill their commands It's crazy how they treat there juniors First of all there seniors really have no idea what needs to be done Most of the work is done by the junior Every morning they have a so called meeting where they ask you what will be your target for the day which is funny bcuz they always double the target number on the excel sheet There is another meeting at the end of the day where you are lectured on targets and how they would do the work back in their day How they would tirelessly work Basically they just love praising themselves and if you are ready to do so then upraisal pakka hai So what's with the point of asking I don't have much idea about the male seniors in other departments but the one in our department really didn't know how to respect women Seriously the TL didn't know the difference between technical ,copy or creative writing Forget that he didn't knew what is a keyword or grammarly He was an engineer who use to work in marketing The seniors actually harras juniors People end up quitting due to it That is the reason why you will always find vacancy for Justdial on every job portal I have seen people cry in washroom bcuz of their harrasment. the manager never gives a week offs or any leaves when we need. They never send after log out time is completed also managers are very rash on timings, Managers need to be friendly and understandable for Tele marketing's ,even salary packages is also not hike able.
