Justdial is an inclusive place to work at. The company is actually quite caring about it's employees as far as leaves, on time salary and everything is concerned.

Dislikes

The crowd at Justdial is cheap. Typical cheapsters work there. Be it office boy Ajay or some uncles who harass newly joined girls. So much so that whistling, and lewd noises are quite common there.

...esent in Justdial's each and every department. Forget about any other perks. They wont even pay for your extra shifts but won't think for a sec before deducting your salary for being a minute late.

The senior expects you to be present 24/7 to fulfill their commands It's crazy how they treat there juniors First of all there seniors really have no idea what needs to be done Most of the work is done by the junior Every morning they have a so called meeting where they ask you what will be your target for the day which is funny bcuz they always double the target number on the excel sheet There is another meeting at the end of the day where you are lectured on targets and how they would do the work back in their day How they would tirelessly work Basically they just love praising themselves and if you are ready to do so then upraisal pakka hai So what's with the point of asking I don't have much idea about the male seniors in other departments but the one in our department really didn't know how to respect women Seriously the TL didn't know the difference between technical ,copy or creative writing Forget that he didn't knew what is a keyword or grammarly He was an engineer who use to work in marketing The seniors actually harras juniors People end up quitting due to it That is the reason why you will always find vacancy for Justdial on every job portal I have seen people cry in washroom bcuz of their harrasment. There is a very simple formula to get yourself and your work noticed in Justdial Just agree to whatever the senior says(even if they say earth is flat ( Offer to buy there tea and cigarette Don't have a life outside of Justdial Even better solution take your blanket and pillow aur wahi so jao There 4 floor building has enough space.

Pathetic management,less educated people managing teams with zero knowledge Every AGM is here to earn max amount they don't care about the employees. No increment zero bonus. If you were hired on 24k in 2022 then your pay will be same. Favourite ko upar badhane vala culture

The only good about justdial is salary they provide for freshers in entry level job in the job market both Marketing field and Tele - sales Representative....

I have worked as a Tele - Sales Representative in Hyderabad.. The salary is good but there is no job satisfaction. Even if you do a sale ( Package) but the Customer is not Satisfaction and he totally blame you for the thing for the sales we will get the incentive but we will regret the thing we have done To them in Sales Call we totally provide them the wrong information about how they can grow the Business in online but they are lot of people who have took the Package and ( The higher you pay the higher you will receive leads ) They will be no leads to the Customer who take Entry level Package ( Low budget Package ) Even if ther Pay for Highest Package the is no 100% Sure the will get the business It also depends upon customer luck Even if Customer want to stop the Esc ( Emi ) they Company will not cancel the Ecs so Easily the Customer have to visit the Office so many time The Package Contact will be 1 year but the Company will defect the amount after the Contact Finished ... And one more if want to join the company and you don't have Empathy or Sympaty towards the customer you can do a good Sales in the Company and Can Earn a good amount of Money ( insensitive ) By providing the fake promises to the Customers. And there will be no job security in this company if don't reach you target they just remove you from the Company or they just put to much pressure on you to leave the Company They will be Daily hiring in this Company every month 10 to 30 people join the Company and also 10 to 30 people leave the company

Toxic environment, Uneducated sales managers abused and insulted from morning till evening, There is no time limit here, even on Sundays one has to work, There is no value for the employee here, there is never any appreciation, There is no professionalism, it seems like doing labour work
