My experience working here has been disappointing due to several unprofessional practices. Manager and HR always Salary deductions and hold are made without prior communication or explanation, which is both unfair and demotivating. There is a lack of transparency, and excuses are often given instead of solutions when concerns are raised. The workplace culture is heavily dominated by politics, and employees are treated poorly, almost like laborers, instead of valued professionals. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
