Nothing I like about company. Their is owners money wasting by some high salary hungry out station peoples. Their is no value for profit they are just securing their post and eating owners wealth like Termite.In the and owner will lost wealth invested in this company and some Trader who really want to learn about trading they will realise they wested time over here in matter of salary based.

Company is Good for who want to be a option trader but this 2 person are toxic for work culture. They force you to be in office even after 5 p.m. just because it looks like you are working. Toxic work culture, No incentives, Useless management rules, No Rules for middle level management, nepotism. This company is only working for the well of top level management. they want to be industry best but they don't have any incentives and are working on a very old business model which is pretty toxic for a trader. One can joinif they want to learn but you can't expect Monetary or personal growth in any manner here. Also, dirty politics plays an important role in running this firm.
