Great work culture. Friendly managers. Ample amount of time to wramp up.

Dislikes

Ramp-up materials are not upto the standard. People usually struggle for the initial few years to understand the basics and configurations. Promotions and hikes are entirely dependant on teams. Some teams have frequent promotions and hikes while the others suffer for years.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
