I am working from last 7.5 years and our manager is ready to renew my contract from last 7 years and do not want to Convert as FULLTIME Employee. Great Place to work if you are on Direct payroles. Work culture wise it is very good.

Dislikes

No career growth for Contractors. Better if manage ment brings some policy to make contractors as "ON Roles" I am seeming many Contractors are still working as contractos from 5 to 8 years. After serving for company from more than 5 years also why management is not conidering? This is my personal experiance. If contractor is not good how come you keep on renewing him for more than 5 years?
