Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The company culture recently spoiled and currently no job safety in place. Also others inefficiency will be blamed to unworldly person. Only in time is important and no out timings confirm. What ever the timing it needs to stay back and complete. Then also will be blamed at final. Lot of politics in the work culture. Working here rather working with Modi Ji is best.
