Insufficient staff was provided in rush, no weekend r there, rude staff or seniors behavior, Inedquate knowledge get through seniors, insufficient duty hrslike atdominos pizaa they appointment as 2 to 3 hrs daily only,. No over time payments forced to stay more than your working hours.... Company has needs to visit passive or surprise audit without informing store manager

They are supporting at there best if I tell my own example they gave me full rest during my COVID period . We're my restaurant suffer in terms of Sales and guest satisfaction.

Recently few of my Colleagues we're been sacked. I know they have been wrong at there end but this crtical times are very hard once you loose the job you won't find any other job. This is just my comment I know very well at the end company has all the rights to decide what is correct for company . Only I think this tough times are not for loosing there bread and butter.
