Job security is good enough here, if you are not done any unethical things then your job like government job.

There is only one day weekly off, and also rotational shift, sometime you feel like I just came home and now it's time to go to office.

When world is moving towards 4 and 5 days, we are still pegged at 6 days working with absolutely no relief. Saturdays are full day working. There is no work-life balance

Toxic work environment, Micromanagement by seniors, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, Harsh working environment. Poor manpower management causing people to do double shifts, NO weekoffs or leave cancellations Severe Ingratiation and Work Place favouritism, Sexism, Condenscension and Biases.
