He always change it employees.nobody would satisfy it's policy.he does not want to grow JSw prime steel survive in odisha market.he does not distribute company baner as well as wall painting. There are no open space at pahle so he throw your products on the earth that easily get moisture

High office politics. Babu and old lala culture.. Boss is always right. Top is always right. Yes man culture. Very toxic work and hierarchy culture. You are supposed to say sir sir to everyone. Anyone senior in position you have to pray to him as God. Typical lala mentality
