Job security is good for good performers.

Dislikes

The work culture is very unorganized. Management lags in planning. Every work is done just to give compliance. System changes everyday. There is no compassion. Silly cost cutting initiatives are taken at the cost of comfort of employees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
