Worst in management and best in polictics. Management don't know how to treat their employees and give more preference to the contract basis . No good appraisal for the people who work hard and No corporate culture ,people are narrow minded. Skills cannot be developed . Partiality is the best thing people can see in JSSL . I worked in this company from foundation and it's great opportunity to learn new skills and it's new experiences added to my career. The company is so innovative and New technology in fabrication. And love the fact that I am part of the team.

The work pressure is very high. The managers do not value an individual unique strengths. And there's no job guarantee and when there was no projects suddenly they reduce manpower and it was very painful.
