The work pressure is very high. The managers do not value an individual unique strengths. And there's no job guarantee and when there was no projects suddenly they reduce manpower and it was very painful.
Work Details
My work is time office data vs man power deployment by shop floor supervisors. Negotiate with office supply vendors saving the company annually, schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for senior management.
