JPMC is one of the best employers. The work life Balance is good. Senior management is really great. Employee benefits are another one to be called out. Over all a great experience. I would love to work for this for this firm again.

This is a division of JPMC previously known as Tavisca. Too much politics and Favouritism for previously hired folks. Managers like folks who licks their boot. No career growth. Managers Running companies like they own it. Very unhealthy environment. Leads will give negative feedback if their CTC is lower than others.

Have started hating this organisation now.. worst management with worst work ethics..!! I am a senior manager who’s been forced to do production alongside managing other managerial activities.. this was not expected from an organisation like JP.

Dislikes

Lately hate everything.. there’s no promotion.. there’s not even basic increments given.. just the brand name.. asset wealth management operations have become pathetic under the current leadership.. shame..!!

I love the hyderabad office more , it was a pleasure being in that office .. we had work and fun .. it was always fun to be there .. there are teams who doesnt support but office is known for its credibility.

I hate sometimes certain peoples approach towards team and their attempt to change everything when they come from outside .. when there is a new person from another company they tend to do what they did there but not adapting to the beautiful culture that the company holds in .

-Hike are average -Employees who are not working good or are too bad both in personality as well as professionality are given way too much leniency which makes it very tough for other employees who are trying to do good for the project. -Office politics are fairly visible from the onshore US teams.

New managers and new team leaders in Bangalore site with pathetic team efforts. Where managers are caught in indecent acts and fired and rehired after one month but still in office. Ignoring it all that the American clients are not notified. And when raised voice. You will be fired or mentally tortured in office by managers in claims EMM and DR department in tower C of 7th floor. People are suffering the wrong management introduced newly. Please take a survey from them about the previous management and new management. Biggest cheats of this place are manager Ruben Powell, and team leader Nitya Roseleen. Who abuse each other behind each other and act like best friends infront of people and doing all the unethical activities including harassing the employees and scaring them and showing hand signs as a threat. One colleague changed her team within a broader group and became a leader within a year of that team and removed most of the people from that team. I mean how could that be possible one year experience into new work and new team is so fresh to be as a VP and they removed other people from that team so that no-one can ask for promotion as VP.
