I don't like anything about jotter..worst company ever seen.always discourages the people's ideas and have policy of hire and fire

Dislikes

Company is worst they have very bad leader who is driving company to wrong path..they first offer good package without knowing other skills and suffer after that. They will not pay salary even time they take upto 2 months extra time..if you resigned then you have wait atleast 8 months to get your salary

The work they were doing was challenging. Working on recent technologies..

Dislikes

Lot of things are there. 1: work culture: not at all good. Management is bad. CEO in herself is not aware of the technology plus do want listen to the employees. For their gain, they can do anything. Money minded company. 2: They used to recruit fresher's from colleges n make them on senior position. So just consider you are beingmanaged by someone who is fresher. The problem is they don't have the experience of managing the team. 3: Project scrap: so this company used to work on many projects, but scrap them when they get something better. Not proper planning before starting new project. 4: Politics: lot is politics is there in this company. There is no need for CCTV cameras even since employees do that job and report all to CEO. I fear even mails are being tracked n copy of them are sent to the CEO. 5: Hiring and Firing : this is common in jotter. Reducing the pay scale, fire a person from job posting , getting interns in Liu of hired person since it costs them less is common. Better beware of these facts. 6: Holidays : Don't forget CEO can anytime cut the holidays. During my stay after August eid holiday we only got Diwali holiday. In between all were cut down and no compensation was given. I started working there after seeing the reviews. Employees were forced to give good reviews. I think it's too risky to work there....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
