1.) If you've got the learning zeal then this place is literally a learning playground for you as your superior would never interrupt in your projects. 2.) Technology (physical security) is world class so great hands on experience. 3.) Above average salary hike when you make the switch here.

1.) Spineless top leadership. 2.) Security team operates on 3rd party pay roll so no job security and yes you will be treated like vendor (so dont spend more than a year here). 3.) 6 days rotational shift during times when 5 days is literally becoming a norm. 4.) The term "Supervisor" for an Assistant Manager level position ruins your resume. 5.) Next to no promotion policy unless you belong to specific cadre/ group. 6.) YoY hike is crap. 7.) No vision, Improper criteria for appraisal. Work load depends on manager but company expects a lot without any training. Overall I would not recommend for someone who is in start of his career.

Culture of the company is good but middle management, like Manager are very mean mentality and selfish.

Dislikes

Middle management like managers they can go to beyond the thinking of anyone to meet their selfishness.. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't listen to the issues being raised by lower level employees. There is no standard of work. And there is no work life balance.

It was terrible and there was no balance in work and personal life, no body is ready to listen to the issues being raised. There is no training schedule or plan for the employees. We have to take care of so many things
