Its great working with john deere and developing its dealers to make it succesfull.Great working environment. Teammates and managers are very supportive here. Very polite and humble nature of all the teammates here in John Deere

Great job. Struggled a bit because of fluctuating locations in the begning but later on enjoyed this thing as you need to travel and met new and intresting peoples

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
