One of the worst leadership in TCI pune. Politics everywhere. Higher leadership is not focused on welfare of people.

Dislikes

Poor leadership, don't work for welfare of people, often do cheap politics on promotion, rewards. Specially C&F leadership, I left because of politics by Shirish Chobhe, he should be fired immediately, most of the employees are frustrated because of his attitude and politics. Another person Giridharan murthy was my manager and he doesn't contribute to projects and only finding issues, very negative person. Both of them should be immediately fired, everyone in C&F knows about these two people. Independent Enquiry should be made how they treat their reporting employees....Read More
