I worked for 7 years in John Deere, but I was laid off without any notice or any support

I dislike everything. The hypocrisy of being a safe work place, when you could be laid off any moment without any explanation.

Most of the teams are great to work with. If you know your stuff you are most secured. Career growth and salary are really good. Best work environment, so many chances for innovation and self development. Work life balance is best that you will come across in any other company.

Dislikes

Few teams and seniors are real bad and they are technically also bad.
