The responsibility given by HOD and RO which help to growth your personality and job managing skills. Colleagues are supportive and helps to learn in new things.

Dislikes

The management specially team HR are very rude, they are thinking that employees are noukar and they didn't receive phone calls even you call them via your company no. They didn't reply your mails. Very rude behaviour from 1st day of joining I want to mention a person Mr. AJIT DEHURY. Some peoples are helpful, IT team are supportivespecially Mr. Amit Kumar, he received your call 24×7 and solve your IT realated problems and reply to your mail....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
