The local management is very bad and not employee friendly..specially the person who geading HR department should more employee concerned. There is no organisation structure and no payment structure, it depends upon the management's choice ..very and experience in this scenario..

Very bad politics. no job security. Some people treat others as servant. No human value. Only money can do every thing. If they throw one good man they can hire 4 people in place of one. Many people are moving here and there to collect the data and present it to higher mgt. The real people who works , never get recognised.
