Unfortunately, the senior members do not provide the support needed, and there is a prevalent atmosphere of negativity & poisonous and politics that can dampen morale. 1) It is an excellent company for a good starting job career. There are no boundaries for learning in any topic. 2) Always work planned and completed with safety. 3) Employees and HR management bonding is good as they always keep their promises. 4) Free internal and external trainings are provided beside the daily activities.

Politics and oiling can improve your grade without any proper value addition to work. Work life balance is moderate but due to low manpower sometimes you have to attend duty on national holiday & week off. Very minimum leave can be approved from your superior due to low manpower.

Dislikes

Work culture and unnecessary burden on lower level while upper managerial positions are enjoying their free time.

There are many things which are continuously loving to any employee. First of all most loving things in my work is Good behaviour of our senior position employee who supports us and company also cares about us

Salay increments which compares to each employee to others. Same position same experience but different in salary is most dislike thing for me

Company is in growth stage and MD Sir is very appreciative of all the new ideas. Whole management accepts logical points and anyone can provide their inputs for the betterment of the company.
