The company is a very good place to work on. I love the fact you can get that much satisfaction with those creative people working there.

Dislikes

One I want to mention that salary timing was very poor otherwise all good.

Work Details

Work was pretty challenging specially on night shifts and stick to my job and face all kind of bad situations and over come those. It will be a great learning experience for me.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
