1. Poor township infrastructure 2. Poor Canteen facility 3. Poor admin department 4. Leave is quite less (22 days annually apart from 10 days public holiday) 5. Township allotment is absurd. 1BHK room for AM & below and the room is too small to live in. For DM & above rooms which are allotted are quite spacious. 6. Too far from nearest railway station (Angul). It will take 1.5 hours to reach there. 7. No medical facilities in emergency hours (after 3 PM) 8. No proper security for employees.
