1. Management is not official. One person handling all the department. 2. Salary not providing on time, they provide After 10th-15th of month, and some engineer's got salary in 50% after 10th and 50% after 20th of month. 3. They have small sites that's why they shifted engineer's one sites to another sites. 4. You're not safe in this company, because they forcely pressured on engineer to resign. 5. First month engineer's fill special but afterwards they giving mentally pressured, like leave the job, salary on hold, giving multiple sites work....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
