Likes

Its brand on it's own, creates waves in Indian aviation and changed the way people fly. First airline to give opportunity youth in massive way and given an excellent platform to many. Unfortunately had to face sad end. However will cherish the memories of jet forever.

Dislikes

Mismanagement at the end, instead staying crisis top mgmt ran away to save themselves which is not correct and ethical.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
