Right now JB is a start up company,,,but I know deffenately it will be a big brand in a future because a founder of this company is on very good track with the moto and career with big dream.

Work culture is not at all good if you are looking for a work life balance.The director is more in to bossing around rather trying to understand where it is going wrong .If you are looking for a stable job and good environment then its not a good option.
