I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session .I learnt everything on the jobs . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within a same team

As I did only 11 months in Jaya Hind industries. If you want to learn abount machine you can go there. Few of the team members good around 20% staff is supportive.

Dislikes

Work culture is so horrible, You get zero respect. Poor cantin facitilies, food and breakfast is not even eatable. Travel facilities is terrible. In short Jayahind industries take 0% care of the there employees.

Job is vey boring. No respect for engineer. They ask you to do anything like paint the floor clean the floor and such that.
