1.work culture ,here they ask you to work for extra hours without any extra money Management is worst ,specially the head of department and managers they even don’t know about management and they sitting there.You will get nothing,your manager will gonna torture you always ,don’t listen them,give them back

No work life balance. All rotational shifts for even freshers. Seniors are not at all interested in training freshers. They dont care about you. Worst company to join as a trainee. They throw people out of the company for so called recession period. Trainee is asked to work double shifts. Poor work culture and seniors need to be taught on hiw to behave with new employees, specifically freshers.
