The same person is asked to do many things and there are no tools available to test but they ask to do 100% test, this is a very useless system here.

This company use diploma holders students like labour . After the 1 year of trainee period no any increment and pramotion. When you complete 1 year of your designation as a trainee engineer , company will terminate you . No future in this company. They are convert students - Engineering's to labour

Jaya hind industries is a automobile company. There are many department in Jaya hind industries as foundary & pressure dai casting, Machine shop but I worked in machine shop as a operator of VMC,HMC,CNC. Good company but no trainee life .

No mentioned 5s, No value for trainee engineer only respect for permanent employee.very poor canteen no healthy food

It is good company, but due to some management here some problems are occured. In that company, I work as a trainee for only 1 year. There no chances for permanent. But in some specific department chances of confirmation like Maintenance, QA, etc. Another problem is Bus facility. There is poor bus management. Othervise, the company is very good for learning and career opportunities.
