Hey guys, this company is the best source for the people who are in thirst of growth immediately after your studies. They pay good and expect the same. I worked with them and had a good knowledge and memories. This job will be challenging. Things will not turn at a time. Some can perform in the starting itself and some will take time. Overall this is this is the place for the challenge seekers.

Every firm will have pros and corns. Here you will have to face pressure in the time of low performance. But there will be a team to guide you and nurture you. They may expel you after some chances. It also depends upon the management under which you were working. Not every person in the company behave the same.

The work at Jaro is always challenging. Its not a place for lazy people. Either you work or quit. I personally had a good management, so i didn't felt much bad. genuine to say, it totally depends on your higher authority how your life will be.

worst culture.if u resign they will hold your salary n never give it ,14 hours shift , monika khandelwal branch manager is very rude n involves in personal life as well .. abuses employee.. threaten them that she will hold salary n give termination.. if u go here your life will become hell trust me .

The salary that they give is better than market average. Though there are few unreliable employees, there are few really good colleague.

Dislikes

There no work life balance at all. You'll have to work on weekends. No job security. You'll have to forget about respect too, the TL doesn't mind about who's around and what is the situation, if you don't achieve your target you get shouted in front of the whole office. Obviously you'll have to work extra time regularly.
