jaro is my first job. i worked in banglore branch for 2 month, for fresher it will be worst experience. as a fresher they only trained me for a week then they give our work in a week we don't learn anything there ( 10 members). then they even pressure our to finish the target 2 ( in the 3rd week). our branch manager made our team even work in sunday. without any rest we worked even day and night. most of the experience employees are resigned in the end of the month. we fresher also resigned. there is no job security, work culture, work satisfaction........Read More

Worklife balance is pathetic to work. Make you work till 9 and 8 30.in offer letter it's mentioned 7 never in my entire work duration anyone get free by 7 except few days. No off no leave even you are I'll have to come and branch manager humiliated you in open forum. Disgusting work culter. Yes salary is always on time but trust me no job security.

A horrible organisation to work with. They would harrass you to give work experience letter and never give your full and final settlement. During my resignation they never asked me to serve the notice period and took my exit interview giving me the assurance that I would recive my experience letter via mail to my home address. After 2 months of constant follow up with the HR Payroll person Ms. Anuja, Mr Sushant Mallya-VP HR mails me that I would not receive the same as I din serve the notice period. This company works all 7 days as they ask you to come on sundays (without pay) to achieve your targets.They will blackmail you if you take 1 single holiday and also your 3 days salary is cut if one takes 1 day leave. If you get hospitalised and get sick they would ask you to leave the company as they are not making any profits because of you. Please talk to at least 10 people and then join this company. There is nothing to like about Jaro, worst company I have ever seen especially The guy name Sumit Yadav who is TL over there, he doesn't even know how to manage the team and these peoples have given him a team to handle, and because of him 2 of his team members left the organization

Worst company I have ever worked with especially the guy name Sumit Yadav, who is Team leader over there. He doesn't even know how to manage the team, and these peoples have gave him a team of 8 peoples whom he can't even handle properly because of him 2 BDE'S left the organization.
