Good company and overall evething is good but some senior level employees misuse her designation and harassment by seniors only own benifits that's is culture

Some seniors are harrasment of lower grade employees only own benifits that's is culture of care health HR service are very very poor.HR only listen just seniors not juniors HR department work in fingure of seniors level employees like BM ,Sr BM,Area Manager, zonal mager HR knows he is wrong but not take action

Their is nothing to like here.Company didn't giving personal mail id for employees.Didn't provide yearly goalsheet. Increase target every month verbally without provide any official target. Employees are feeling they in pressure coocker.
