Senior level people are feeling like they are Maharaj and they thought they are ruling over their colleagues. Whole environment is full of negativity, they uses to do torture therapy to get business. No employee connect. Even they are not eligible to be a relationship manager because if they are unable to establish relation with their employees then hows possible with customer.
