Only learning,if one is new in the industry or joined from other organization since JSFB is the most technologically advanced MFI although tech support is not upto the mark.

Dislikes

Teammates - Supportive. A good amalgamation between seniors and juniors. Training - A lot of money is being spent, output being NIL. Job Security - No job security provided one is in the good book of the management. The other way round is very harsh. Career Growth - In the organization there will be growth but not at par with industry standard. Salary/appraisal - Salary is credited at the last working day of the month positively but appraisal is always a disheartening one. No increment at all for lots and lots of performers. Work environment - Pathetic. All holidays working. All Sundays working. Everyday it will be 12 hours working atleast. Attrition rate has been more than 60%...Read More
