Company guidelines and policy are good but no one in management is following.

They is no time to go home there is no securities for female staff. There is no comboff. They will ask you to work on weekends too... The culture of office is not good.

I really like that my supervisor and colleagues they are very supportive when I was part of that bank I don't know about small finance bank and their process but whenever I've need support of my supervisor they always with me to help and overcome from that issue so, I really like my supervisor, colleagues and overall organization culture thanks to Jana Bank.

Dislikes

Process of the Jana Bank is little bit difficult but make sure It'll be improved because it's new bank so, it can be improved their process time to time and it would be easy for everyone to adopt that organization very comfortably.
