Job security - Good

Dislikes

Some of the people at management level or senior level are not very technically competent. Liability and accountability lies with mid management. As long as one don't come across management ego things are fine. There is no control of any authority on people wasting time outside office during working hours, roaming in lobby for hours after lunch. There's huge disparity in salary structure across same designation....Read More
