It is okay to work here IF you are fine with working without work-life balance then it is a good place to be in. However, there is scope of learning. There is no pressure of work as such, given you are coming and going on time. You get salary on time, no matter what.

Dislikes

NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE! You have to work 6 days, 8 hours on weekdays and 9 hours on Sat-Sun. Senior leadership is the worst. As long as you are working, no one pays head to HOW you work.

There is zero work-life balance. 9-10 hours of office 6 days a week. All weekends working. In fact, all festivals and national holidays also working. Rarely, do we get a proper day off even for festivals. The rate of people quitting the company due to physical and mental burn-out is ajoke. People here eventually become super-stressed and most of them end up having personal and physical health issues after some time. Forget about family time. Management makes new people work a lot. Lot of workload and expectations. Person is expected to give a good class even when the training is also not properly completed. Everything. Let me start from the top. Firstly, The training division. In the name of training there is an agonizing person who I cannot name but must describe about that person as she doesn't even have knowledge or know how to conduct training and development for new hires whatsoever. In a session of 1hr, she would keep herself mute for 55mins and only 5 minutes would be active and available to train and teach you about the company and the products. Also as it's WFH, there is alot of disturbance during the session and she would excuse herself and leave the session every single time. One of the worst trainer and training period in the last 5 years of my professional life<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Secondly the work-life Balance</mark>. It's is nothing but zero. You log in by 11 am and must leave by 8pm as per the prescribed time but you have to log in by 11 am no matter what but you leave the office only by 8.45 or 9pm every single day. No comp-off given properly and you end up working all 7days. Last but not least, one of the most RUDE ANS ARROGANT MANAGEMENT. Apart from the HR department nobody even cares and make you feel good about the company. Their work culture, the way the talk is extremely rude and crass. Zero job security and you will thrown out anytime despite you perform or not perform doesn't really matter. The day when you get onboard in Jamboree Education, there is no limit of learning. Everyday you will learn something. If you do things ethically, even if you are an average performer, Jamboree Education will be there to boost your confidence. Transparent Management, you can easily talk to management as and when require. Zero tolerance policy for fraudsters and very safe place for women employee.( Equality for Male and Female). To be honest, no work life balance. ( But if you go to anywhere, you will find the same situation, unless if you are getting 5days or 5.5 days/ week.)
