Everything. Let me start from the top. Firstly, The training division. In the name of training there is an agonizing person who I cannot name but must describe about that person as she doesn't even have knowledge or know how to conduct training and development for new hires whatsoever. In a session of 1hr, she would keep herself mute for 55mins and only 5 minutes would be active and available to train and teach you about the company and the products. Also as it's WFH, there is alot of disturbance during the session and she would excuse herself and leave the session every single time. One of the worst trainer and training period in the last 5 years of my professional life. Secondly the work-life Balance. It's is nothing but zero. You log in by 11 am and must leave by 8pm as per the prescribed time but you have to log in by 11 am no matter what but you leave the office only by 8.45 or 9pm every single day. No comp-off given properly and you end up working all 7days. Last but not least, one of the most RUDE ANS ARROGANT MANAGEMENT<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Apart from the HR department nobody even cares and make you feel good about the company</mark>. Their work culture, the way the talk is extremely rude and crass. Zero job security and you will thrown out anytime despite you perform or not perform doesn't really matter. The company has been understanding and supported us financially during this period. Work culture is motivating and policies also have been reasonable.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work feedback they give can get overwhelming. Eventhough the company's management is good its employees at the state level are abysmal in their behavior.

Teaching a pre designed material. Hectic on weekends, moderate otherwise.
