Salary comes on time but they have the worst work life balance.

Most toxic culture promoting venomous people to the top positions and just caring about the sales but not about services. HR is just a puppet and has no real power. Can not update according to the latest technology and hence fail to elevate. No job security. Do not join for they can remove you ANYTIME.

This is good for them who wants to continue for long time with same position , not good for ambitious person .

No value of hard and sincere work ...no system of giving appraisals or promotions those do butter polish to management people get back to back promotions twice in a year even . Else general employee gets only 5 - 6% hike on their basics .

Not a good place for growing intrapersonal skills. It is fully focused on sales after being and educational company no proper guidance is given, I say this bcz we are trained to sale and not to guide.

Not work satisfaction. I am in the education industry from past 5+ plus year there is a different satisfaction helping students which is majorly lacking here.
